Online Marketing Manager
We are seeking an analytics-focused Online Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for online demand and lead generation programs, focused on filling the opportunity pipeline for our sales team. You will manage, measure and optimize B2B marketing programs that help us gain new customers.
Design, implement and manage online marketing programs focusing on generating incremental pipeline, building awareness, and reducing costs of customer acquisition.
Create lead nurturing (drip marketing) and lead scoring programs using marketing automation software.
Monitor performance of all marketing channels, measure ROI and provide reporting and metrics; implement strategies for improvement.
Create and optimize search engine marketing ads and manage CPC campaigns using Google Adwords.
Deliver online marketing assets (landing pages, emails, webinars) in timely manner
Organize and manage ongoing webinar series.
Propose ad copy, landing pages and other marketing communications vehicles.
Work with and support Channel and EMEA sales teams, as well as direct sales force.
Manage vendor relationships, assuring that we get superior results from them at best available prices.
Knowledge and experience
Deep understanding of online marketing from 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing.
Hands-on technical experience creating and managing SEM campaigns on Google.
Experience with CRM, analytics and marketing automation software.
Must have excellent Salesforce.com skills.
Must have excellent skills using WebEx or GoToMeeting, Google Analytics or similar, and marketing automation systems such as Eloqua or Marketo.
Must have demonstrated success in designing and implementing measurement processes to drive program effectiveness.
Must have a hands-on, can-do attitude
Strong communication skills, including oral and written.
Must be a positive, outgoing self-starter who loves problem solving and enjoys a collaborative work atmosphere.
